2020 has not been the year most of us expected. One of the results of the COVID-19 pandemic has been a massive increase in e-commerce sales as more people are at home and ordering online. The downside to this is that the infrastructure that delivers your orders has not been able to grow as quickly as the orders.

The result is that delivery times are longer than normal. Please read the following important information about any orders placed after 2nd December.

AUSTRALIA

• Orders placed up to 15th December for Perth Metro area should receive delivery by Christmas (we have been advised by our delivery company).
• Orders for regional WA and interstate placed up to 11th December should arrive before Christmas (as advised by Australia Post). This can be extended till 18th December for Express Post.
• Local Pick from Perth Metro will be available until 22nd December.

USA

• Orders placed up to 15th December should receive delivery by Christmas (we have been advised by our delivery company). Order placed after this date have no guarantee of pre-Christmas delivery.

So our advice is to order as early as you can to ensure delivery by Christmas or upgrade to Express Post for quicker delivery.
